About the Artist

Buongiorno e benvenuti alla mia galleria d'arte!
(Hello and welcome to my art gallery!)
Thank you for stopping by! I'm delighted to share my watercolor paintings with you and invite you to take a look around. I hope you enjoy exploring my work and sharing in my creative journey.
A little about me and my love of art…
I am an emerging watercolor artist returning to a passion that has been part of me since childhood. From an early age, I felt a deep connection to art and imagined that becoming an artist was what I was born to do. Although my life took a different path, art has remained close to my heart and an important part of who I am.
My artistic journey has included opportunities to study art in Rome, Italy, and to work as an Intern for the Cultural Attachè at the Italian Consulate in Washington D.C. My Italian heritage also holds a special place in my life and I continue to be inspired by Italian traditions, history, and the country's enduring influences on the world of art. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for art and culture, have shaped my understanding of artistic expression, and continue to inform my journey as a painter.
Alongside my ongoing career as a Licensed Therapist, including training in Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy, I am making space for this lifelong creative calling. My background in therapy and my connection to the expressive arts are meaningful parts of my personal and professional journey. While my work as a therapist and my journey as an artist take different forms, both reflect my appreciation for the many ways people experience and express themselves. Through watercolor realism, I enjoy exploring a variety of subjects, learning with each painting, and discovering the direction my work will take. As I continue to grow as an artist, I look forward to developing my own artistic voice and allowing it to naturally unfold.
Thank you for stopping by.
